Winston Frame

Winston Frame is a qualified youth worker football coach, multi sports coach teaching boxing and Muay Thai Kick boxing. He won the first ever Rio Ferdinand football competition in 2014 and was selected to pick 3 of his players for England Trials.

He has worked in the youth field and gang affiliation since 2005, working with gangs in South London. Also managing his own team with a company called Plan B, putting young people through their functional skills exams and future roles in society.

At present Winston now works as part of senior management team, as our Service Manager. This involves working with young people, mentoring, supervising staff, attending conference meetings, general networking to broaden our profile in the community, mainly in NW London and at times further afield.

Winston’s real passion is empowering families and young people in the community. Addressing hardships, injustice and inequality our young people are having to face in today’s society.

He feels very passionately and strongly about his role, in assisting the young people and their families to work through conflicting issues and circumstances to assist them in establishing a better future. He would go above and beyond for the young people that he is working with and finds his role fulfilling.

He enjoys football, boxing and spending time with family in his spare time, as well as travelling.
